John Mosley, owner of Clinton Body Shop, in Clinton, Miss., conceded defeat in yesterday’s Republican primary election for Mississippi Insurance Commissioner. Mosley received 72,000 votes compared to 189,000 for incumbent insurance commissioner Mike Chaney.
In a statement released on the John Mosley for Insurance Commissioner Facebook page, the candidate stated, “I want to thank everyone who supported me. We ran hard and tried to get the message out across the state. We fought more than just the other candidate, we fought at least one of the largest insurance companies in the country who showed how low they would go. I
