In an amended order issued yesterday, U.S. District Judge Gregory A. Presnell has dismissed without prejudice six of seven counts contained in an amended complaint brought by repair facilities in Florida alleging auto insurers violated antitrust laws. In doing so, the judge is allowing the collision repair facility plaintiffs until February 10 to file another amended pleading reasserting those counts.
